Legal
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of tarkq as a buyer, seller or account holder.
Last updated: 1 October 2026
Using tarkq
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure and be legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for activity through your account and must tell us promptly about unauthorised use.
Sellers
Sellers are responsible for their products, descriptions, pricing, taxes, licences, fulfilment, customer support and compliance with applicable law. Sellers must not list prohibited or infringing content and must honour valid orders and published policies.
Buyers
Buyers must provide accurate checkout information and use valid payment methods. A purchase contract is formed with the seller. tarkq provides the platform, payment coordination and digital delivery tools but does not manufacture or independently endorse seller products.
Payments, fees and payouts
Prices and currencies are shown before purchase. Payment processing is performed by third-party providers. Seller earnings may be held for the configured settlement period and adjusted for refunds, disputes, fees or legally required reserves.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or close accounts, stores or listings that create risk, breach these terms or violate law. You may stop using tarkq at any time, but outstanding orders, payouts, disputes and legal obligations remain enforceable.
Availability and liability
We work to keep tarkq reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, tarkq is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, seller conduct or content, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated where required. Questions may be sent through the Contact page.
