Prohibited products and conduct
- Illegal goods, services or content, or anything that facilitates crime.
- Fraud, impersonation, deceptive claims, money laundering or evasion of payment controls.
- Stolen, counterfeit, infringing or unauthorised intellectual property.
- Malware, credential theft, spam, harassment, exploitation or hateful content.
- Weapons, controlled substances or regulated products sold without required authority.
- Attempts to probe, overload, bypass or disrupt platform security.
Seller responsibilities
Sellers must accurately describe their offers, own or hold rights to their content, maintain required licences and deliver what buyers purchase. Listings must not conceal recurring commitments or redirect buyers to unsafe content.
Enforcement
We may remove content, delay payouts, request verification, preserve evidence or suspend access while investigating. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to payment providers or authorities where appropriate.
