Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the product, the seller’s published terms and rights provided by law.

Last updated: 1 October 2026

Start with the seller

The seller is responsible for fulfilment and is usually best placed to resolve a problem. Use the seller contact details on your receipt or access page and include your order reference.

Digital products

Digital items may be non-refundable after access or download begins, except where the file is defective, materially different from its description, unavailable, or applicable law requires a refund.

Goods, services and tickets

Cancellation, return and refund terms may vary by seller and item. Sellers must clearly communicate any conditions and comply with mandatory consumer rights. Completed services and used or expired tickets may not qualify unless required by law.

Payment problems

Duplicate charges, an incorrect amount, an item not delivered, or a payment taken after a confirmed cancellation should be reported promptly. Approved refunds return through the original payment method; provider processing times vary.

Disputes

If a seller does not resolve an eligible issue, contact tarkq with the order reference and supporting details. We may request information from both sides. Filing a payment dispute does not guarantee a particular outcome.
